Jeffrey Scott Holm Sr., 53 of Colorado Springs, CO went home to be with the Lord suddenly on October 27, 2018 in Dallas, TX. He was born in Albuquerque, NM but resided most of his life in Colorado Springs, CO. He was an expert mason and general contractor for 30 years leaving behind his creative craftsmanship in much of Colorado Springs. He recently had moved on to semi-truck driving, which he greatly enjoyed. He was an avid sports enthusiast and spent many years coaching baseball, basketball and football for the community’s children and his own son and daughter. He loved encouraging kids. He was a music enthusiast, a movie-goer, loved to read, and was a student of the Bible. He volunteered for several church mission projects, which he loved.
He is survived by his parents, David & Bonnie Holm; his son Jeffrey Scott Holm Jr, & his wife Laura & granddaughter Jaden all of Colorado Springs; his daughter Melissa Florence Atencio & her husband Frank of Pueblo, CO; his brother James Holm of Colo. Springs and many loving extended family members and friends. He leaves behind a legacy full of love, passion and perseverance. He will remain in the hearts of all those who loved him.
His Memorial Service will be November 10 at 11a.m. at Friendship Assembly of God Church in Colorado Springs, CO.
