Brandi Jean Hix

Brandi Jean Hix passed away peacefully March 17, 2024 in the comfort of her home in Burleson, TX at 46 years of age. Brandi was born on April 23, 1977 to Curtis Worth and DeLynnda Moore. 

Brandi grew up in Crowley, TX. She was raised with her sisters Sarah, Racheal, and Kathryn. Brandi graduated from Crowley High School and received her nursing degree from Weatherford College. She worked as nurse the last 5 years of her life.

Brandi's interests included spending time with family, watching her son play tennis, and relaxing in her PJs. She attended Pathway Church of Burleson.

Brandi was a loving wife and sister, a devoted mother, and as a caring nurse. Her greatest joys in life came from the time she spent with immediate and extended family, and providing loving care for the patients she saw. She cared for some and was loved by many.

Brandi is preceded in death by her mother, DeLynnda Hansen.

She leaves behind her husband, Joel Hix; son, Jackson Hix; father, Curtis Worth; sisters, Sarah Nelson, Racheal Palmer, and Kathryn Worth; brother-in-law, Eric Nelson, nephews Garrett Nelson and Ethan Palmer, Nieces, Syndey Nelson and Charlie Palmer, and other extended family and dear friends.

A Memorial will be held at Pathway Church in Burleson, TX on April 6th at 11:00 am.
