Obituary

Jean Leonard Nall, age 55, passed away Sunday, August 23, 2020 peacefully at home. Jean was born on March 24, 1965 in Spokane, Washington to the late Clinton Nall and Evelyn Legris and was raised as a military child with his brother, Raymond. The family moved from one air force base to another but most of his childhood was spent in Spokane. Jean graduated from Cheney High School and then went on to serve in the US Navy. Later, he earned an associates degree in culinary arts and utilized his education at a number of restaurants in Spokane. Jean then became owner and operator of his own trucking company where he would work as a long haul driver. He moved to the Fort Worth area in September of 2011 where he reunited with his childhood sweetheart, Tami. While living in Fort Worth, Jean worked in construction and then as an AC technician. He was a passionate musician, artist and painter, cook, BBQ master, car mechanic, a professional tinkerer, and, above all else, he loved to make people laugh.

Jean was known to drop everything in order to help anyone in need. If someone needed food, a ride or shoulder to lean on, he was always there. He had many friends all over the Dallas Fort Worth area an denjoyed hosting barbeques where his sense of humor brough laughter and happiness to all.

Jean Leonard Nall is survived by his children, Jacqueline, Joseph, Daniel, Sabrina and Cassie; his sweetheart, Tami, as well as her children and grandchildren, and by his brother Raymond and his wife Theresa, his nieces MeiLin and KaiLin, as well as extended family and many dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you consider making a donation to the Jean Nall Emergency Fundraiser to help offset funeral and travel expenses.

Jean will be dearly missed by all and will always remain in our hearts.
